Most weeks, that's 7 set items, plus an extra 6-8 seasonal items.

The 7 regular items are potatoes, onions, carrot, broccoli, tomatoes, red apples and bananas. The extra seasonal items vary from week to week to give you variety. Every week there’s a surprise in the Family Box with the reassurance that the basics are covered.

In SUMMER the extras include items like lettuce, cucumber, corn, seasonal fruits or melons. Just to name a few.

In WINTER the extras in the Family Box include beans, cabbage, sweet potato, zucchinis, pears and mandarins. Plus a whole lot more.
