1/4 cabbage - shredded (I used 1/4 savoy cabbage and a small amount of red cabbage)
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1/2 small spanish onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons horseradish cream
Place cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl. Toss to combine
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and then add to cabbage mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
