Ingredients

1 avocado

1/2 lemon juice

1 tablespoon of chilli sauce (our favourite is "Todd River Dust" from The Chilli Factory.

3/4 tub of sour cream

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and there you have your own dip, free of any preservatives and unknown products.
