The 6 regular items are potatoes, pumpkin, onions, carrot, broccoli and tomatoes. The extra seasonal items vary from week to week to give you variety. Every week there’s a surprise in the Very Veggie Box with the reassurance that the basics are covered.

In SUMMER the extras include items like lettuce, cucumber, capsicum and corn. Just perfect for the summer BBQ.

In WINTER the extras in the Very Veggie Box include items like beans, cabbage, cauliflower, sweet potato, zucchinis and a whole range of winter delights for hot casseroles, soups or stir fries.
