Strawberries & Balsamic Vinegar

Strawberries

Balsamic vinegar

teaspoon of sugar

Method

Wash and cut the Strawberries, sprinkle over sugar, drizzle over the Balsamic Vinegar. 

The first time you hear about using the flavours together, you may be hesitant of giving it a try. But tasting is believing. Rather than experiencing an overwhelmingly sweet, sour, and spicy combination, you mostly experience a bright, enhanced strawberry flavour.

If you have picky or non-adventurous eaters you are serving, you might want to keep this secret to yourself until after they've raved about how great the strawberries are.

These berries are great with both sweet and savoury dishes. Try them atop salad greens with goat cheese, or serve them for dessert over ice cream
