Sauteed Kale 



Olive oil


Lemon Juice



Cut the stem from the kale and discard, using the green leaves, roughly chop the kale.       

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and kale and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often, until the kale is wilted and bright green.

Drizzle with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. That’s it!
