Pear & Rocket Salad
2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons pine nuts
Aged balsamic vinegar
1 bag rocket
shaved parmesan cheese, to serve
Drizzle the pears with a little lemon juice.
Place pine nuts on baking paper in oven until golden. Only takes a few minutes
To serve, place the rocket, pears, nuts on serve dish, drizzle over balsamic vinegar and top with shaved parmesan.
