Mango & Raspberry Popsicle
Ingredients
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup of lemonade
4 mango cheeks
1 cup of orange juice
Popsicle moulds
Method
Place the raspberries and lemonade into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds.(only partly fill as mango will go on top later) Freeze until partially frozen.
Place mango and orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over raspberry mixture and put the base of the popsicle mould on.
Freeze until very firm. Overnight if possible
