Mango Cream
ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1/2 orange (just the juice)
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 250ml whipping cream
Method
Puree the flesh of mango in a blender or food processor with orange juice and lemon juice.
Fold in sugar.
In another bowl whip cream until thickened, then fold in mango mix and use a knife to make streaks.
So yummy on a pav instead of plain cream.
