Grilled Pineapple Sundaes

Ingredients

Pineapple slice per Person

Scoop vanilla ice cream Per person

Caramel topping for drizzling

Sweetened shredded coconut, toasted

Heat grill to high. Grill pineapple until charred, 1 minute per side.

Top each pineapple slice with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel topping and top with shredded coconut and serve immediately.
